HOW CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

By default, the last used shipping address will be saved into your account. You can change the address in your account or during checkout.

HOW DO I ACTIVATE MY ACCOUNT?

When you create an account with us a confirmation email is sent to you. Once you confirm your email your account will be activated.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDERS & PAYMENT?

After we process your order, you will be given a tracking number(s). Please refer to our Shipping page how to track your order.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDERS BEFORE I MAKE A PAYMENT?

You have 24 hours to cancel your order. Once we start processing the order we can no longer accept cancellation.

WHAT IS THE ACCUMULATED DELIVERY FEE FOR? HOW MUCH IS THE HANDLING FEE?

We do not charge a delivery or handling fee.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard and Amex. We also accept PayPal, Amazon Pay and Google Pay.

CAN I PAY USING PAYPAL WITHOUT A PAYPAL ACCOUNT?

Yes! You do not need a PayPal account to pay with PayPal. When selecting the payment method select PayPal and proceed. You will be given the option to pay using your PayPal account or credit/debit card. Enter your credit/debit card information and proceed.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE'S BEEN A DELIVERY MISHAP TO MY ORDER? (DAMAGED OR LOST DELIVERY)

We take such matters very seriously and will look into individual cases thoroughly. If the products are damaged we encourage you to take a photo of it and send it to us at sales@birthdaypartys.com. We will investigate lost packages. If your order was not delivered we will issue a full refund.
